Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental United States. Free shipping is included on all orders.
How long does processing take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or is missing?
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
Returns
Can I return an unopened box?
Unopened boxes in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are opened aromatherapy products returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened aromatherapy products are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
How do I start a return?
